1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ramblergroupllc.com (the "Website"), operated by Rambler Group LLC ("Rambler Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Corporate website only

The Website provides information about Rambler Group, its products, and its services, and allows visitors to submit project inquiries. Individual Rambler Group products, applications, client systems, or paid services may be governed by separate terms, privacy notices, subscriptions, licenses, statements of work, or service agreements. If separate terms apply to a particular offering, those terms control with respect to that offering.

3. Project inquiries do not create a client relationship

Sending an inquiry, requesting information, discussing a potential project, or receiving an estimate does not by itself create a client, contractor, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, or other professional relationship with Rambler Group.

A project begins only when the parties enter into an applicable written agreement or statement of work and satisfy any required payment or onboarding conditions. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, website descriptions are not binding offers, guarantees, or fixed-price commitments.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Rambler Group software, source code, platforms, CRM technology, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Any rights granted to a client in connection with paid work are governed by the applicable written client agreement.

6. Information you submit

You are responsible for information you submit through the Website and represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, health information, government identification numbers, trade secrets belonging to others, or other highly sensitive information through the general project inquiry form.

You grant Rambler Group permission to use information you submit as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential project, provide requested services, operate our systems, and exercise our rights under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services and links

The Website may contain links to or rely on services operated by third parties. Rambler Group does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms between you and that provider.

8. No warranties

Rambler Group disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and freedom from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rambler Group's total liability arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
